I do love the perspective of this shot. Puts a lot of emphasis on that blood going even down the chin and shows the throat it'll go down... I was going to criticise the over blown highlights at the top. But if you chose to do this, or not, it leads your eyes from top to bottom, as the blood runs. And, again, if you did that on purpose, it was a great move.
Either way. I like it ^_^
